When you walk in, you'll be greeted by name and offered a refreshment while you settle in. We'll review your intake forms together, then you'll sit down with Lynn or one of our team to talk through your goals, your concerns, and what you're hoping to get out of being here. No pressure, no rushing. You'll leave with a clear plan and pricing for whatever path makes sense for you.

Yes, the free consultation is general information only. We can walk you through our services, show you around, and answer questions about what might be a good fit. Anything that involves medical discussion or an actual treatment plan (think HRT, GLP-1, injectables, lab review) is a paid consultation, because that's where we dig into your history, your labs, and personalized recommendations.

It varies by service. A quick Xeomin touch-up might be 20 to 30 minutes. Body contouring or a full facial can run 60 to 90 minutes. Lab visits and BHRT consults are usually around 45 minutes. We'll give you a time estimate when we book you, and we build in buffer so you're never rushed out the door.

A valid ID, your HSA or FSA card if you're using one, and a list of any medications or supplements you're currently on. For skin treatments, please come in with a clean face (no makeup, no SPF). For lab visits, fasting may be required and we'll let you know ahead of time.

Yes. Hormone replacement therapy, GLP-1 weight loss, and peptide programs can all be done through telehealth, so you don't have to travel. Aesthetic services (injectables, lasers, body contouring, facials) require an in-person visit so we can properly assess your skin and anatomy.

Services & Treatments

It depends on the treatment and where you're starting from. Some things you notice right away (filler, hydrafacial, Xeomin). Others build over time. A rough guide:

Microneedling: 3–6 sessions, spaced about 4 weeks apart
Body contouring: 6–8 sessions for full results
Laser hair removal: 6–8 sessions
Chemical peels: a series of 3–6, depending on goals
GLP-1 weight loss: most clients see real results within the first 4–6 weeks

We'll always be straight with you about what's realistic before you commit.

Not really. We apply a strong topical numbing cream before we start, so most clients describe it as pressure or a vibration rather than pain. Some spots (forehead, hairline) can feel more sensitive, but it's very tolerable. You'll be a little pink afterward, similar to a mild sunburn, and that calms down within 24 to 48 hours.

Yes. Almost every service has package pricing because consistency is what gets you real results. Injectable packages bundle filler and Xeomin together at a better rate. GLP-1 has 3-month bundles. Body contouring is sold in series. Memberships also include member pricing on most services. We'll walk you through what makes sense for your goals during your consult.

Safety & Medical

Some, yes. Pregnancy and breastfeeding rule out most aesthetic and weight loss services. Active skin infections, autoimmune flares, and certain cancers may pause treatment. Some medications (blood thinners, certain biologics) need to be reviewed before injectables or microneedling. None of this is meant to scare you off — it's just why we do thorough medical intake before anything starts. If something isn't safe for you right now, we'll tell you and offer alternatives.

Xeomin and filler: Mild swelling or bruising at injection sites. You can go right back to work. Skip heavy workouts for 24 hours.
Microneedling: Pink, flushed skin for 24–48 hours. No makeup the first day.
Chemical peels: Light flaking for 3–7 days, depending on the strength of the peel.
Body contouring: No downtime. You may feel mild soreness, like after a workout.
GLP-1: Some nausea or fatigue the first few weeks as your body adjusts. We adjust your dose if needed.

Logistics

We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. A deposit is taken when you book, and that deposit is forfeited if you no-show or cancel inside the 24-hour window. We get that life happens, so reach out as soon as you know and we'll do our best to work with you.

Service-Specific Questions

Not if we do this right. The medication is one piece of the program. The other pieces — nutrition guidance, body composition tracking with ShapeScale, hormone support if needed — are what teach your body and your habits how to sustain the results. We don't just hand you a prescription. We walk with you through the full reset so when you transition off, you have what you need to keep going.

Most clients notice changes in energy, sleep, and mood within the first 2–4 weeks. Things like libido, skin, and body composition take a little longer — usually 8–12 weeks as your levels settle in. We re-check labs at 90 days and adjust your dose based on how you actually feel, not just the numbers on paper.

No, and we'll never sell it that way. Body contouring works best on stubborn pockets of fat or loose skin that haven't responded to diet and exercise. If you have significant weight to lose, we start with our GLP-1 program first and bring in body contouring once you're closer to your goal. Done in the right order, you get the result you actually want.

For maintenance and healthy skin, once a month is the sweet spot. If you're treating a specific concern like acne, melasma, or texture, we may recommend a series closer together, then space them out as your skin improves. Memberships make monthly facials more affordable and keep you on a consistent schedule.

Facials work on the surface. Peels exfoliate the top layers. Microneedling goes deeper — it creates tiny controlled channels in the skin that trigger your body's own collagen and elastin production. That's why it works so well for scarring, fine lines, and texture that other treatments can't fully reach. It also pairs really well with PRF for even better results.

Depends on the peel. Lighter peels give you a few days of mild flaking, similar to dry skin. Medium peels will give you noticeable peeling for about 5–7 days. We always match the peel to your goals, your skin type, and your life. If you have a big event coming up or can't be social for a few days, just tell us and we'll plan around it.

Same family, different formula. Xeomin is what's called a "naked" neurotoxin, meaning it doesn't carry the extra proteins that Botox does. For a lot of clients, that means less chance of building up resistance over time and a cleaner, more natural-looking result. Onset and duration are similar (3–4 months). Pricing at Shaperz is $12 per unit.

Depends on the area and the product. Lips usually last 6–9 months because they move so much. Cheeks and jawline can last 12–18 months. Structural filler like Radiesse can last up to 2 years. The first time you do filler, results may fade a little faster as your tissue adjusts. After that, it builds and holds longer.
